Traditional Swedish Massage
Great way to be introduced to massage! Swedish massage is the most common, best-known form of massage that goes far beyond relaxation. Traditional, light to medium. gentle strokes designed to increase oxygen levels in the blood, relieve stress and slight tension.Aromatherapy is added to enhance your experience.

Deep Tissue Massage
Similar to Swedish massage with much more applied pressure accessing the deepest layers of muscle tissue. Deliberate, purposeful techniques release chronic muscle
tension or "knots.” Best for effects of injury and repetitive motion. Not recommended for first time massage.

Volcanic Lava Stone Massage
Commonly known as “hot stone massage”.
Excellent combination of therapeutic work
and relaxation. Smoothed lava stones are
neated and positioned on the body
strategically. Paired with massage techniques,
the warmth loosens tight muscle fibers
and expands blood vessels while promoting a
deeper state of relaxation. Heated stones make for a less painful deep tissue massage as well. Naturally improves muscular aches and pains. Decreases soreness after deep work.

Hi! I’m Ti (Ty)! Better known as Ti The Therapist! I have always had a natural passion for helping others. I firmly believe the better you feel, the better you act! So many of the worlds problems could be solved with a simple massage! I thoroughly enjoy being able to relieve chronic pain, ease stress, release tension, improve range of motion, remove toxins and relax my hardworking, deserving clients. Being able to do all that with my hands and not medicines or invasive surgeries is my super power. Health and wellness is so important to the overall quality of life.
